Scott Hillier

Scott Hillier is a Paris based film director. He spent several years working as a cameraman for The BBC and spent most of that time in war zones around the planet (Somalia, Bosnia, Tchetcheynia, Beirut, Iraq, Kashmir etc) and has produced and directed many films for National Geographic and The Discovery Channel. He wrote and directed Behind the eyes of War! which was awarded Best Dramatic SHort Film at the NY Film and Television Festival in 1999 as well as serving as Director of Photographer on Twin Towers which was awarded an Academy Award in 2003. Scott will be talking about the process of making ‘Twin Towers’ before, during and after the 9/11 events in New York City.
