Film submissions to ÉCU 2012 ARE NOW CLOSED!! BUT you can still submit your script to the competition until March 11th 2012.

ÉCU- The European Independent Film Festival, is pleased to be hosting its sixth Much More than a Script Competition. As part of the ÉCU 2012 film festival, the script competition’s focus is on independent screenplays, that is, scripts that aren’t aimed at mainstream Hollywood film markets.

Writers are invited to submit their short and feature-length scripts to the competition where they compete for the best script of the festival. Scenes from the winning feature-length script are given a dramatic live reading at the film festival, which will take place in Paris March 30th to April 1st, 2012. The winners from both categories will also receive a script coverage package courtesy of ScriptShark and other partners of ÉCU.
