Join Charles Weinstein for an hour-long presentation on the art of film acting. Included are an overview of acting technique “why we need objectives, how to find choices” and a discussion of the technical difficulties for the film actor. Film acting has a rich history and its own language, which Charles will illustrate with clips from known films.

Charles is a New York City film director who has worked with many actors including Laura Linney ( LOVE ACTUALLY), Michael Imperioli (SOPRANOS) and Calista Flockhart (ALLY McBEAL). Film Acting Paris offers professional workshops where actors are trained how to audition, rehearse and act for the camera. Guest film directors are invited to work with the actors in scenes from contemporary scripts which are filmed at each workshop.
