ÉCU at Clare Valley Film Festival’s Special Edition
ÉCU’s partner festival, The Clare Valley Film Festival showcases Australian and international independent film, as well as informing and inspiring a new generation of filmmakers through CVFF’s educational programmes, meanwhile raising the profile of this vibrant and diverse area – the Clare Valley.
Dan Bradley, the festival’s education coordinator is in the final stages of post production on the short film ASHA, which will premier in a Clare Valley Film Festival Special Edition on 30th May 2015 @ 7.30pm, Blyth Cinema. As part of this special evening CVFF is also hosting a screening of ÉCU’s Officially Selected film HUMAN (Germany) by Brigitte Drodtloff.
He is a silent man. He walks the streets, watching, looking for the right place. He finds it. In the middle of a market. He sets up a stand. But instead of selling his goods, the silent man gives them away for free. The other sellers watch. They feel provoked. The situation escalates. They lose control. But in the end… there is hope.

We are very happy to be part of the event and happy to promote ÉCU to Australian audiences. So if you are around Clare Valley on May 30th, make sure you go and check out this event. Also, the festival is still opened for submissions for their main festival event, taking place in November this year.
