FILM SCREENING: A SELECTION OF FILMS FROM THE FESTIVAL CINEFFABLE, Médiathèque Marguerite Yourcenar

FAME 2020, La Gaîté Lyrique
12 – 16 February
Once again this year the Gaîte Lyrique will host Fame 2020, the international festival of music films. There will be 5 days of screenings, with various exclusive films from across the world for everyone to enjoy. In the evenings look out for live performances, music events and DJ sets! BOND SYMPHONIQUE, Le Grand Rex
14 – 15 February
For those real 007 fans out there, Le Grand Rex is hosting an evening entirely dedicated to those classic James Bond tunes. An exceptional symphonic concert can be expected, with 50 musicians of the Colonne et Musidrama orchestra and two singers performaing the most famous soundtracks from the films. With No Time to Die, the new James Bond film and the last to feature Daniel Craig as 007, due to be released in a few months’ time, this is the perfect opportunity to start getting hyped!

EXHIBITION: HEARTS. ROMANTICISM IN CONTEMPORARY ART, Musée de la Vie romantique
14 February – 12 July
Feeling sentimental? This exhibition brings together 40 works from 30 different contemporary artists, all of which are concerned with the representation of the heart as an expression of love. The heart is explored as organ, motif and symbol through across artistic techniques, from sculpture to painting to photography. An alternative way to celebrate Valentine’s Day and all things love! OTO NOVE SWISS – PARIS FESTIVAL, Centre culturel suisse & other venues
21 – 23 February
Oto Nove Swiss, the contemporary music and sounds festival, is coming to Paris for the very first time. Concerts, performances, DJ sets and other events will take place, showing off a wide variety of talent from Swiss and French artists alike. The festival lasts for 3 days and unfolds in a number of locations, including Les Instants Chavirés, Centre culturel suisse, Le petit bain and Lafayette Anticipations. MONET, RENOIR… CHAGALL. JOURNEYS AROUND THE MEDITERRANEAN, Atelier des Lumières

An exhibition like no other, this experience lies somewhere between impressionism and modernism. During this immersive digital performance, visitors will jump from one artistic movement to the next in a 40-minute journey that brings together more than 500 masterpieces, currently on display in various parts of the world, as you’ve never seen them before!
